Finance department is responsible for managing the budget, raising funds, and providing financial support to the members of our organization. Our primary activities include general accounting, planning fundraising events, and performing pitches to win sponsorships.

Operation

Operation department is responsible for organizing social events, handling reservation for organizational events, and leading social groups.

Administration

Administrative department is responsible for supporting professional work and building connections with people or organizations out of UKA to cooperate with each other.

Marketing

Marketing department is responsible for tabling, designing creative contents, and communicating within the organization as well as other outside community.

Informatics

Informatics department is responsible for creating YouTube, maintaining GCP server, producing software development projects, and handling any technical assistance.
