We are faculty members from Texas A&M University leading a National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded study about transit use. For this study, we are reaching out to students, faculty, and staff who take the bus at least once a week, to learn about how transit is being used for various purposes.
WHY we are sending this to you: This study is to better understand health and mobility benefits of transit use and to explore strategies to promote transit use and implementation. We hope members will be interested in contributing to this important study.
WHAT we are providing: Participants will receive an incentive (up to $30) for their participation.
You can find more information about this overall project from the official NIH website. This project started in El Paso but now includes Austin as an additional study community.
Thank you for considering this request!
Please let us know if you have any questions. We’d be more than happy to provide more information via email, call, or Zoom.
